Cristina Baker is the founder and president of Kharisma Finishing School.  She has a passion to help people of all ages toward achieving their goals and dreams by teaching them how to have confidence and self-esteem.

Cristina takes this message all over the Chicago, Minneapolis and St Paul area. She is frequently asked to speak at schools, colleges, youth groups, country clubs, churches, business functions and different non-profit organizations such as MOPS. Some of her topics include: Confidence, Self-Image, Peer Pressure, Chastity, Deepening One’s Relationship With God, Modeling, Dining and Business Etiquette, First impressions, Proper Introductions and Communication Skills.

She has put on a number of fashion shows for different organizations in Chicago and Minneapolis. She gives modeling instruction, fashion consultation and selects the model's wardrobes. She has received national recognition for bringing modesty back into fashion.

Cristina has held several pageant titles and has received first place in different categories such as - best interview and talent.  Cristina also placed in the top five at the Miss Minnesota Teen USA pageant. 

Cristina Baker is the founder of New Beginnings, a non-profit organization.  It is an outreach to help women of all ages experience a fresh start in life in their spirit, soul and body.  As president of New Beginnings, Cristina coordinates women conferences, which include musical performances, fashion shows and dramas.  At these conferences Cristina presents motivational speeches that encourage and uplift women.   Her goal is to help women become passionate about life.

Fun Facts About Cristina Baker:
Cristina was raised in Brainerd, MN. She met her husband when she was 15! She is the mother of three adorable girls. She loves to vacation with her family and go to the spa. She enjoys playing sports such as basketball, tennis, golf and volleyball. Most people wouldn’t guess it, but Cristina is an ordained minister! She loves to tell others about how Jesus set her life free and gave her a second chance.

• Cristina was the Director of Pure Fashion in Chicago (Six Month Program Followed by a Fashion Show of 600 people in attendance for Young Girls to Protect Their Virtue and Dignity Through Their Attire and Actions)
• Director of New Beginnings Conference for 250 Women (Drama, Dinner, Fashion Show, Band and Cristina was the Guest Speaker)
• Organized a Teen Expo (Coordinated Fashion Show, Drama Skits, Guest Singers, and Cristina was the Speaker)
• Youth and Children’s Pastor (At New Hope Church in Nisswa, Minnesota under Senior Pastor Guy Doud, National Teacher of the Year)
• Worked with Homeless and Battered Women Shelters
• Coordinated Inner City Out Reaches (Put on a Carnival and Gave the Gospel Message in Fort Worth, Texas and Nisswa, Minnesota)
• Youth Leader of 300 Teens (Eagle Mountain Church in Fort, Worth Texas)
• Director of Vacation Bible School (In charge of Activities, Games and Teachings to Help Children Grow Closer to Jesus)
